Membership

Membership of ICOS is open to anyone with a scholarly or systematic interest in proper names, whether personal names, surnames, geographical names, place-names or any other category of names. Membership applications should be sent to the Treasurer, either by e-mail or traditionally:

The annual subscription is 20 Euros, or 10 Euros if you are a  student currently registered at a university (see Newsletter 10, point 7 (vi) of the report of the Regensburg Board meeting, 28-9/03/2003). The Treasurer will inform you about how to do the payment.

 

Affiliate organisations

An initiative of affiliation to ICOS was begun in April 2008. The following organisations have already agreed to affiliate to ICOS:

Other organisations in Europe and North America are currently considering affiliation within their own administrative cycle. If you wish your organisation to be affiliated to ICOS, and thereby to enter into an arrangement for exchanging information electronically, please contact the Secretary.
